Never had a chance to try the real thing, but this luxury shave ice at Alan Wong’s in Honolulu with agar jelly, pineapple chunks and vanilla panna cotta is da bomb.

There will be spam. And there will be pohole ferns, and different kinds of poke, and fish tacos, and ayurvedic cuisine, and tons of hot dogs for some reason. But no beans.
